Macrophages are increasingly recognized as key drivers of disease across a broad range of therapeutic areas, including oncology, fibrosis, cardiometabolic disease, inflammation, and neurodegeneration.  Our Macrophage Fingerprinting Platform  leverages large-scale, patient-derived single-cell transcriptomic datasets and a proprietary computational framework to identify disease-driving macrophage populations directly in human disease tissue. By resolving macrophage heterogeneity at single-cell resolution, the platform defines functionally distinct molecular fingerprints that distinguish pathogenic macrophage subsets from protective populations and reveal the biological pathways underlying disease progression.

Unlike conventional approaches that treat macrophages as a single cell type, the platform enables precise characterization of the macrophage populations that are most strongly associated with disease severity, progression, and clinical outcome. This provides a powerful foundation for identifying therapeutically actionable targets with direct human disease relevance.
